For trouble with your iPad Tablet Edition, download the latest version of the iPad app. You will be able to convert your subscription to a new Stripes Digital Access subscription at no charge. We will carry over the remaining time on your existing subscription when you convert to Digital Access.
Here are some instructions on how to convert your Tablet Edition subscription to a complimentary Digital Access account:
Step 1: Visit the App Store on your iPad and download the latest version of the Stars and Stripes Tablet Edition.
Step 2: A) If you have not previously opened the latest version of the Tablet Edition you may see the Welcome Screen. Choose the "I'm an iPad Subscriber" option.
B) If you have previously opened the latest version of the Tablet Edition you may see the Front Page. Tap the "Subscription" button in the top right corner of the screen.
Next, choose the "I'm an iPad Subscriber" option.
Step 3: After choosing the "I'm an iPad Subscriber" option, please follow the on-screen dialogs to convert your App Store subscription to a Stars and Stripes Digital Access subscription.
