    , published on which references allegations related to the case involving me.

    Attached/Provided is the official Nolle Prosequi issued by the State Attorney’s Office (First Judicial Circuit of Florida, Santa Rosa County) dated July 15, 2025.
    This document clearly states:

    There is insufficient evidence to prove any charge beyond a reasonable doubt.

    The alleged victims later provided inconsistent statements and did not cooperate with prosecution.

    The State has officially declined to pursue the case, and all charges have been dropped/closed.

    Because the article continues to present accusations that are no longer legally valid, its presence causes ongoing reputational harm and spreads misleading information. In accordance with:

    Court-issued Nolle Prosequi,

    Right to accuracy,

    Defamation and false light protections, and

    Platform policies regarding outdated or incorrect legal information,

    I respectfully request immediate removal or full correction of the article to prevent continued damage.

    Please confirm once the article has been taken down, or if further documentation is required.
